ROAD SIGN SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road sign sheet capable of being easily constructed by thermal welding.SOLUTION: A road sign sheet comprises multiple base material sheets having thermoplasticity, which are softened or melted by heating during construction. At least one of the base material sheets is provided to display signs by its outer shape and is attached to the other base material sheet by a thermoplastic adhesive. The thermoplastic adhesive is softened or melted by heating during the construction. As the base material sheet that displays signs by its outer shape is attached to the other base material sheet by the thermoplastic adhesive, a state where the base material sheet for displaying signs is integrated with the other material sheet can be maintained until heating for the construction is implemented. As the thermoplastic adhesive does not inhibit deformation of the base material sheets caused by softening or melting, workability of the road sign sheet is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】容易に加熱溶着による施工ができる路面標示シートを提供する。【解決手段】施工時の加熱によって軟化、又は溶融する熱可塑性を有する基材シートを複数備えさせ、この基材シートの少なくとも1枚を外形形状によって標示を表すように設けると共に、熱可塑性接着剤によって異なる他の基材シートへ取り付け、前記熱可塑性接着剤を前記施工時の加熱によって軟化、又は溶融するように設ける。外形形状によって標示を表す基材シートを熱可塑性接着剤によって異なる他の基材シートへ取り付けるので、標示を表すための基材シートを他の基材シートと組み合わせて一体とした状態が施工のための加熱を行うまで保つことができる。また、軟化、又は溶融することで生じる前記各基材シートの変形を前記熱可塑性接着剤が阻害せず、道路標示シートの施工性が良好となる。【選択図】 図8
