PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhibition method capable of effectively exerting shielding effect when viewing an exhibition image, in particular capable of preventing uncomfortable feeling in depth.SOLUTION: The exhibition method for exhibiting an exhibition item, comprises the steps of: disposing an exhibition item and a presentation material located at the viewing position side with respect to the exhibition item to shield at least a part of the exhibition item; determining the distance between the exhibition item and the presentation material; and setting the determined distance, using a position between the center of gravity of the presentation material and the end of the presentation material at the exhibition item side in a viewing direction as a reference when the presentation material is closer to a recommended viewing position; or using a position between the center of gravity of the presentation material and the end of the presentation material at the recommended viewing position side in the viewing direction as a reference when the presentation material is closer to the exhibition item.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
