BRAID STRUCTURE FOR REINFORCEMENT AND COMPOSITE MATERIAL THEREWITH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braid structure for reinforcement and a composite material therewith which are reinforcer with stress-distortion curve close to reinforcing bar by raising break ductility by using high strength fiber such as carbon fiber with high-strength and low-ductility as a structure for reinforcement, are suitable for concrete reinforcing which are substitution of the reinforcing bar, and can be applicable to reinforcing applications other than the concrete reinforcing which are substitution of the reinforcing bar.SOLUTION: A braid structure for reinforcement (1) contains one or more kinds of reinforcing fiber whose tensile strength is not less than 1 GPa and break ductility is 1-8%, plaited thread (3, 4 and 5) coat face side of core yarn (2), and the plaited thread consists of at least two layers of plaited thread with different plaiting angle when a yarn axial direction is 0 degree. A composite material contains the braid structure for reinforcement and a matrix material for reinforcement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高強度で低伸度の炭素繊維などの高強力繊維を強化用構造体として破断伸度を高くすることにより、鉄筋に近い応力—ひずみ曲線の補強材とし、鉄筋代替のコンクリート補強に好適であり、さらに鉄筋代替のコンクリート補強以外の他の補強用途にも適用可能である強化用組紐構造体及びこれを用いた複合材料を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の強化用組紐構造体(1)は、引張強度1GPa以上、破断伸度1〜8%の強化用繊維1種以上を含有し、芯糸(2)の表面を組糸(3,4,5)が被覆しており、前記組糸は糸軸方向を0度としたとき、組角度の異なる少なくとも2層の組糸で構成されている。本発明の複合材料は前記の強化用組紐構造体と補強用マトリックス材料を含む。【選択図】図2
