PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential environment control device, residential environment control system, and residential environment control method that are capable of controlling a residential environment so that energy saving and amenity are implemented in accordance with a season.SOLUTION: A residential environment control device (HEMS controller 50) for controlling a residential environment in which a window shutter 40 is installed comprises: an input unit 51 for acquiring an instruction on control of the window shutter 40; a storage unit 52 that, according to the instruction acquired by the input unit 51, stores a first period in one year and a first time zone in one day as periods for controlling the window shutter 40; a calendar timer 54; and a control unit 53 that, when the calendar timer 54 shows the first period stored in the storage unit 52 and the first time zone stored in the storage unit 52, controls the window shutter 40 so that the window shutter 40 is in a predetermined opened/closed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
