STEEL PIPE CONNECTING STRUCTURE AND STEEL PIPE CONNECTING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability steel pipe connecting structure in which a rotation suppression key for preventing the relative rotation of a steel pipe which is arranged in up-and-down directions for constituting a steel pipe plie around an axial line does not fall at the pitching of the steel pipe pile, and a steel pipe connecting method.SOLUTION: A steel pipe connecting structure comprises: penetration holes 25, 52 which are formed so as communicate with lower-side notches 40B which constitute a key arrangement part 40 and a rotation suppression key 50 along a radial direction of a steel pipe pile 1; a bolt 15 having a head part which cannot be inserted into the penetration holes 25, 52, and a shaft part which can be inserted into the penetration holes 25, 52; and nuts 60, 61 which are arranged at a tip of the shaft part which passes the penetration holes 25, 52, and in a state of being non-insertable into the penetration holes 25, 52. The shaft part of the bolt 15 is inserted into the penetration holes 25, 52 from the inside of a radial direction of the steel pipe pile 1 toward the outside of the radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋼管杭の建て込み施工時に、前記鋼管杭を構成する上下に配置された鋼管の軸心周りの相対回転を防止するための回転抑止キーが脱落することのない信頼性の高い鋼管連結構造及び鋼管連結方法を提供する。【解決手段】キー配設部40を構成する下側切欠部40B及び回転抑止キー50のそれぞれに鋼管杭1の径方向に沿って連通するように形成された貫通孔25,52と、貫通孔25,52に挿通不可能な頭部と貫通孔25,52に挿通可能な軸部を有するボルト15と、貫通孔25,52を通り抜けた軸部の先端部に、貫通孔25,52に挿通不可能な状態で備えられるナット60,61を備え、ボルト15の軸部は、貫通孔25,52に対して鋼管杭1の径方向内側から径方向外側に向けて挿通される。【選択図】図2
