FITTING FRAME INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high water cutoff performance in a joint between an outer wall surface material and itself around a fitting frame, while simplifying a constitution.SOLUTION: An outer wall 11 comprises a plurality of outer wall panels 21 having an outer wall surface material 22 and an outer wall frame 23 and an inner wall member 24 provided on the indoor side of the outer wall panels 21, and the mutual outer wall frames 23 are connected in the adjacent outer wall panels 21. A backing frame 31 is fixed to the outer wall frame 23 of the outer wall panel 21 adjacent to an opening part of the outer wall 11, and on the outdoor side of its backing frame 31, a door frame 14 is provided in a position of becoming lateral arrangement to the outer wall surface material 22. While an indoor side surface of the backing frame 31 exists in the same position in the wall thickness direction to the indoor side surface of the outer wall frame 23, an outdoor side surface of the backing frame 31 is dislocated to the indoor side to the outdoor side surface of te outer wall frame 23, and a gasket 27 is installed in a joint between the outer wall surface material 22 and the door frame 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】構成の簡易化を図りつつも、建具枠周りにおける外壁面材との間の目地において高い止水性能を確保する。【解決手段】外壁11は、外壁面材22及び外壁フレーム23を有してなる複数の外壁パネル21と、外壁パネル21の屋内側に設けられる内壁部材24とを備え、隣合う外壁パネル21においては外壁フレーム23同士が連結されている。外壁11の開口部に隣接する外壁パネル21の外壁フレーム23には下地フレーム31が固定され、その下地フレーム31の屋外側において外壁面材22に横並びとなる位置にドア枠14が設けられている。下地フレーム31の屋内側面は、外壁フレーム23の屋内側面に対して壁厚み方向に同じ位置に在るのに対し、下地フレーム31の屋外側面は、外壁フレーム23の屋外側面に対して屋内側にずれており、外壁面材22とドア枠14との間の目地にガスケット27が取り付けられている。【選択図】 図3
