EXTERIOR WALL PLATE FIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall plate fixture capable of restricting decrease of waterproof function of a waterproof sheet due to a fixing screw during fitting.SOLUTION: An exterior wall plate fixture has a fitting body 6. The fitting body comprises: a first receiving part 26, which receives an upper end of an exterior wall plate 4 that is disposed below; a second receiving part 28, which receives a lower end of the exterior wall plate 4 that is disposed above; and a fitting wall 8 that is fitted on a column or a stud. An open hole for fitting is formed on the fitting wall 8 of the fitting body 6. A butyl rubber layer 30 is disposed on the fitting wall so as to cover an upper end face of the fitting wall 8. One end 32 of the butyl rubber layer 30 extends downward beyond the open hole for fitting on a rear face side of the fitting wall 8. The other end 34 of the butyl rubber layer 30 extends downward beyond the open hole for fitting on a front face side of the fitting wall 8. The butyl rubber layer 30 is preferably made up of butyl rubber tape with adhesive layers on both sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】取付けの際の取付用ねじによる防水シートの防水機能の低下を抑えることができる外壁板の留め金具を提供すること。【解決手段】下側に配設される外壁板４の上端部を受け入れる第１受部２６と、上側に配設される外壁板４の下端部を受け入れる第２受部２８と、柱又は間柱に取り付けるための取付壁８とを有する金具本体６を備えた外壁板の留め金具。金具本体６の取付壁８には取付用貫通孔が設けられ、更に、取付壁８の上端面を覆うようにブチルゴム層３０が設けられ、このブチルゴム層３０の一端側３２は、取付壁８の裏面側において取付用貫通孔を越えて下方に延び、ブチルゴム層３０の他端側３４は、取付壁８の表面側において取付用貫通孔を越えて下方に延びている。このブチルゴム層３０は、両面に粘着層を有するブチルゴム製テープから構成するのが好ましい。【選択図】図４
