PIVOT HINGE WITH CONSTRUCTION ADJUSTING FUNCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pivot hinge that improves operability in the construction adjustment, is reduced in the number of fixing screws requiring fastening after adjustment, and has a compact configuration.SOLUTION: A first swinging piece 16 is substantially plate-shaped and has a long hole in a central portion, and includes a curved side and a first support shaft insertion hole. The first swinging piece is mounted in piles to a door side base plate 8 substantially in a turning manner with a first support shaft 25. Then, a first height alignment piece 15 of the same thickness as the first swinging piece is disposed and both are simultaneously fixed with a first fixing screw 18. Next, a second swinging piece 17 is substantially plate-shaped and has a connecting shaft fixation hole in a central portion, and includes a curve side, a second support shaft insertion hole and an operating portion 27. The second swinging piece is mounted in piles to the first swinging piece substantially in a turning manner with a second support shaft 29. A second height alignment piece 24 of the same thickness as the second swinging piece is disposed, and both are simultaneously fixed with a second fixing screw 19 so as to have frictional force while being compressed by inserting a disc spring 37. Any one of the first or the second fixing screw is loosened and an adjustment jig is fitted into an operating portion to perform position adjustment, and then is fixed again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建付け調整時の操作性を向上させ、調整後に締め付けが必要な固定ねじの数量も少なく、コンパクトな形態のピボットヒンジを提供する。【解決手段】略板状で中央部分に長孔を有し、湾曲辺と第一支軸挿入孔を備えた第一揺動片１６を第一支軸２５にて略回動可能に扉側ベースプレート８に重ねて装着する。そして第一揺動片と同じ厚みの第一高さ合わせピース１５を配置し、第一固定ねじ１８で両者を同時に固定する。次に略板状で中央部分に連結軸固定孔を有し、湾曲辺と、第二支軸挿入孔と操作部分２７を備えた第二揺動片１７を第二支軸２９にて第一揺動片に略回動可能に重ねて装着する。第二揺動片と同じ厚みの第二高さ合わせピース２４を配置し、皿ばね３７を挿入して圧縮した状態で摩擦力を有するように第二固定ねじ１９で両者を同時に固定する。第一又は第二固定ねじのどちらかのみを緩め、操作部分に調整治具を嵌めて位置調整を行った後、再度固定する。【選択図】図１
