ORNAMENTAL MAGNET-ATTRACTION DECORATIVE CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material in which a magnet can be attracted easily and strongly to a wall material of soundproof performance, thermal insulation performance and fireproof performance laminated with a decorative surface material by laminating a magnetic body as a surface decorative material.SOLUTION: Provided is an ornamental magnet-attraction non-inflammable decorative plate adhered to a wall surface base body. The ornamental magnet decorative plate is constituted by lamination through adhesion of a surface wall material which is comprised of a decorative thin plate, a steel foil which is 25 to 600 μm thick, has a magnetic attraction force, has flat surface smoothness of ±1 to 5 μm and is 300 to 1260 mm wide, and a non-inflammable plate material or a wood-made plate material which is a board-like body of a shape of 2.0 to 21 mm thick, 600 to 1230 wide and 1000 to 3100 mm long in the order from the surface. An adhesive agent which is applied for adhesion to the lamination body of the surface wall material, the steel foil and the inorganic non-inflammable plate material or the organic wood-made plate material is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer aqueous emulsion type resin or a urethane resin, and is applied to each surface by 5 to 200 gm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】表面化粧材として磁性体を積層すると、化粧表装材とで積層した防音性能、保温性能、防火性能装材に、マグネットが簡単に強力に吸着できる化粧材を提供する。【解決手段】壁面基体に貼り付ける装飾性マグネット吸着不燃化粧板であって、当該装飾性マグネット化粧板は、表面から順に化粧薄板からなる表装材と、厚さ２５〜６００μｍの磁気吸着力を有し、平面平滑度±１〜５μｍで、幅３００〜１２６０ｍｍのスチール箔と、厚さ２.０〜２１ｍｍ、幅６００〜１２３０ｍｍ、長さ１０００〜３１００ｍｍの形状であるボード状体である不燃板材料と、又は木製板材料を接着により積層したものであり、表装材とスチール箔と無機質の不燃板材料、又は有機質の木製板材料との積層体に貼り合わせる接着剤をエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体水性エマルジョン形、又はウレタン系樹脂であって、各表面に５〜２００g/ｍ２を塗布する装飾性マグネット吸着不燃化粧板である。【選択図】図１
