HOLE-BORING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load burden acting on a spindle of a drill at the end of hole-boring to eliminate inconvenience in which a cutter cannot be pulled back by tilting and deflective deformation due to a load of the spindle, while reducing construction costs by downsizing of the drill and reduction in construction space with the downsizing.SOLUTION: A hole-boring device comprises: a movable support C freely reciprocatably movable along a retreat direction of the cylindrical cutter 1 of the drill A and capable of receiving a load of the cutter 1 and a cut piece held on the inside of the cutter; moving and guiding means D for moving and guiding the movable support C along a projecting and retreating direction of the cutter 1; and moving and operating means E for moving and operating the movable support C. The movable support C is provided with a sliding contact guide part for slidingly guiding drive rotation and projecting and retreating movement of the cutter 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】穿孔機のスピンドルに作用する穿孔終了時の荷重負担を軽減して、スピンドルの荷重による傾動や撓み変形によってカッターが引き戻せなくなる不都合を解消すると同時に、穿孔機の小型化とそれに伴う工事スペースの縮小化とによって工事コストの低廉化を達成する。【解決手段】穿孔機Aの円筒状のカッター1の出退方向に沿って往復移動自在で、且つ、カッター1及びこれの内部に保持されている切片の荷重を受け止め可能な可動支持体Cと、この可動支持体Cをカッター1の出退方向に沿って移動案内する移動案内手段Dと、可動支持体Cを移動操作する移動操作手段Eとが備えら、可動支持体Cには、カッター1の駆動回転ならびに出退移動を摺接案内する摺接ガイド部が設けられている。【選択図】図3
