PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition, a primer, a concrete coating composition, and a lining material excellent in low odor, durability, and the like.SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains: (I) a main agent containing (A) an epoxy (meth)acrylate, (B) an ethoxylated bisphenol A dimethacrylate of a bifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer, (C) a monofunctional (meth)acrylate-based monomer, and (D) a polyol; and (II) an auxiliary main agent containing (E) 1-30 pts.mass of a polyisocyanate based on 100 pts.mass of the total of (A), (B), (C) and (D). The polyol (D) used has a hydroxyl value (KOH mg/g) of 160 or less and a number average molecular weight of 1,000 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
