SOIL INJECTION METHOD AND SOIL INJECTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil injection device which performs soil improvement such as the improvement of soil cutoff performance, an increase of rigidity, the prevention of liquefaction or the like by embedding an injection pipe into a drill hole, and injecting an injection material into the soil around a hole wall, and a soil injection method.SOLUTION: A soil injection device comprises an injection pipe 1 which is installed in a drill hole 2, and permeably injects an injection material into the soil around a hole wall. The injection pipe 1 is composed of an injection pipe main body 4 having a plurality of injection material discharge ports 4a in a pipe axial direction, and a long-length rubber slit tube 5 which is tightly fastened to an external periphery of the injection pipe main body 4, and has a plurality of injection material injection slits 5a so as not to be overlapped on the injection material discharge ports 4a. The long-length rubber slit tube 5 is tightly fastened to an external peripheral face of the injection pipe main body 4 by an elastic force, and formed so as to seal the injection material discharge ports 4a. Vertical both ends of the long-length rubber slit tube 5 in the pipe axial direction are fit to the external periphery of the injection pipe main body 4 in a sealed state by a fixture 5b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】削孔内に注入管を埋設して孔壁周囲の地盤中に注入材を注入することにより、地盤の止水性の向上、強度増大及び液状化防止等の地盤改良を実施するための地盤注入装置及び地盤注入工法を提供する。【解決手段】削孔2内に設置して孔壁周囲の地盤中に注入材を浸透注入させるための注入管1を備えている。注入管1は管軸方向に複数の注入材吐出口4aを有する注入管本体4と注入管本体4の外周に密着され、かつ注入材吐出口4aと重ならないように複数の注入材噴射スリット5aを有する長尺ゴムスリットチューブ5とから構成する。長尺ゴムスリットチューブ5は弾性力によって注入管本体4の外周面に密着して注入材吐出口4aを密閉するように形成する。長尺ゴムスリットチューブ5の管軸方向の上下両端部を注入管本体4の外周に固定具5bによって密閉した状態に固定する。【選択図】図1
