INSTALLATION METHOD OF CAPSULE-TYPE SUBMERGED PUMP
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a capsule-type submerged pump for a submerged pump used in hot spring development and others, the submerged pump being easy to maintain and install and preventing a temperature drop of discharged hot spa water effectively.SOLUTION: An installation method of a capsule-type submerged pump includes: a drilling step in which a hole is drilled to a depth where high-temperature water springs; a suction pipe insertion step in which a suction pipe 100 is inserted into the hole; a capsule-type submerged pump assembly step in which a submerged pump 300 is inserted from a top edge of a case; a capsule-type submerged pump connection step in which a bottom edge of the case is connected to a top end of the suction pipe 100; a discharge pipe connection step in which a doubly heat-insulated discharge pipe 500 is connected to a discharge tool of the submerged pump 300 protruding through the top edge of the case; and a positioning step in which the integrally connected suction pipe 100, the capsule-type submerged pump 300 and the discharge pipe 500 are lowered such that the bottom end of the suction pipe 100 almost reaches a bottom part of the hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】温泉開発時などに使用される水中ポンプに関する技術であって、メンテナンスおよび設置が容易であり、吐き出される温泉水の水温降下を効果的に防止することができるようにするカプセル型水中ポンプ施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】高温水が生成される深さまで孔を掘削する掘削段階と、吸入パイプ100を孔の内部に挿入する吸入パイプ挿入段階と、ケースの上端から水中ポンプ300を挿入させるカプセル型水中ポンプ組立段階と、ケースの下端を吸入パイプ100の上端に連結させるカプセル型水中ポンプ連結段階と、ケースの上端を介して突出した水中ポンプ300の吐出具に、二重に保温される吐出パイプ500を連結させる吐出パイプ連結段階と、吸入パイプ100の下端が孔の底部付近まで到達するように、一体に連結された吸入パイプ100、カプセル型水中ポンプ300および吐出パイプ500を下降させる位置決め段階とを含む。【選択図】図3
