SMALL-SIZED HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized hydraulic excavator capable of suppressing loosening which occurs in a bolt fastening part for fastening a cylinder cover to a boss of a rod of a hydraulic cylinder, accompanied with work by a working device.SOLUTION: A small-sized hydraulic excavator comprises a working device 3 which is attached to a turning body 2. The working device 3 includes a bucket cylinder 9 for operating a bucket 5, and a cylinder cover 15 which is locked and held to a bolt 14 screwed to a screw part 13a formed at a screw seat 13 arranged at a boss 12 of a rod 11 of the bucket cylinder 9, and protects the rod 11. A space part 20 which can move along an extension direction of the bolt 14 of an end part 15a of the cylinder cover 15, to which the bolt 14 is attached, is formed in the vicinity of the screw seat 13 of the boss 12, and a disk spring 21 which is protected by the end part 15a of the cylinder cover 15, and energizes the end part 15a of the cylinder cover 15 to a direction of a head part 14a of the bolt 14, is arranged in the space part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】シリンダカバーを油圧シリンダのロッドのボスに締結するボルト締結部において生じる作業装置による作業に伴う緩みを、抑えることができる小型油圧ショベルの提供。【解決手段】本発明は、旋回体2に取り付けられる作業装置3とを備え、この作業装置3が、バケット5を作動させるバケットシリンダ9と、このバケットシリンダ9のロッド11のボス12に設けたねじ座13に形成したねじ部13aに螺合するボルト14に係止保持され、ロッド11を保護するシリンダカバー15とを含むミニショベルであって、ボス12のねじ座13付近に、シリンダカバー15のボルト14が装着される端部15aのボルト14の延設方向に沿う移動が可能な空間部20を形成し、この空間部20に、シリンダカバー15の端部15aによって保護され、シリンダカバー15の端部15aをボルト14の頭部14a方向に付勢する皿ばね21を設けた構成にしてある。【選択図】図4
