THREAD FASTENING DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PIPE COUPLER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fasten pipes, having a male screw part and a female screw part provided at ends thereof respectively, to each other in a labor-saving manner.SOLUTION: A screw fastening device which thread-fastens a male screw part 14 and a female screw part 13 provided at ends of a pair of steel pipes 11, 11 arranged side by side axially comprises: a guide 24 provided annularly to surround one pipe 11; a traveling body 25 traveling along the guide 24; a torque imparting part 26 extending axially from the traveling body 25 toward the other pipe; and a torque reception part 27 which extends radially from an outer peripheral surface of one steel pipe 11 and receives torque accompanying a travel of the traveling body 25 from the torque imparting part 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
