ELECTRIC SHUTTER OPENING-CLOSING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric shutter opening-closing machine capable of opening-closing the DC side of a rectification circuit by a small-sized relay, and shortening a braking time of an electromagnetic brake by a small-low cost circuit.SOLUTION: An electric shutter opening-closing machine 1 comprises a relay coil electric conduction circuit 6 for electrically conducting to respective relay coils RYU-C, RYD-C and RYB-C of AC side opening-closing relays RYU and RYD and a DC side opening-closing relay RYB so that a relay contact point RYB-1 opens while recirculating an electric current of flowing to an exciting coil MB-C of an electromagnetic brake MB after passing a predetermined time by passing through a diode D2 and the relay contact point RYB-1 of a rectification circuit 4, by opening relay contact points RYU-4 and RYD-4 first in a state of closing the relay contact point RYB-1 when a brake electric conduction circuit 3 stops electric conduction to a motor M by a motor electric conduction circuit 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】整流回路の直流側を小型のリレーで開閉することを可能とするとともに、小型・低コストの回路で、電磁ブレーキの制動時間を短縮した電動シャッタ開閉機を提供する。【解決手段】電動シャッタ開閉機1は、ブレーキ通電回路3が、モータ通電回路2によるモータMへの通電を停止したときに、リレー接点RYB−1が閉じた状態で、先にリレー接点RYU−4,RYD−4を開き、所定時間経過後の電磁ブレーキMBの励磁コイルMB−Cに流れる電流が整流回路4のダイオードD2及びリレー接点RYB−1を通って環流している間に、リレー接点RYB−1が開くように、交流側開閉リレーRYU,RYD及び直流側開閉リレーRYBの各リレーコイルRYU−C,RYD−C、RYB−Cへの通電を行うリレーコイル通電回路6を有する。【選択図】図1
