PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal blind capable of adjustment-operation on an angle of one or more of slats among a large number of stages of slats to a different angle from the other slat, and a cord adjusting device capable of adjusting a connection state of a cord on the adjustment operation of the angle.SOLUTION: A horizontal blind of the present invention comprises a tilt cord 16 suspended so as to be capable of adjustment-operation on an angle of one or more of slats 4 among a large number of stages of slats 4 at a different angle from the other slat 4 and a cord connection device 20 for connecting the tilt cord 16 and a ladder cord 12 by adjusting the length for suspending the tilt cord 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
