PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flag putting up/down device in which a flag in putting-up can reliably be prevented from the damage due to weather, and a fixing pole is not thick in diameter but has a small diameter being slim and thereby has a good appearance.SOLUTION: A flag putting up/down device includes: a pipe-shaped fixing pole 7 set up from a fixed side; a flag 10 such as a flag/banner where a base part is supported so as to perform revolution around a top fixed height range of this fixing pole, and the flag can be changed into a flying state and a pendant state; a cover material 19 where an upper end base is mounted corresponding to the height of the upper circumference from the flag of the fixing pole so that a cover storage state of being cylindrically hung down by putting-down means to surround an outer perimeter of the flag may be obtained while keeping a concentric shape with the fixing pole like a waiting state of being concentric with the fixing pole and reduced in the vertical direction in a position upper from the flag of the fixing pole; and a cover material expansion/contraction means for vertically expanding and contracting the cover material by manual or motor operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】収納時における旗類の風雨などによる損傷防止が簡単確実に得られるようにしまた固定ポールが太径でなくて細径のスリムな見かけの良いものとされるようにした旗類掲納装置を提供する。【解決手段】固定側から立設されるパイプ状の固定ポール７と、この固定ポールの上部一定高さ範囲の周りにその基部が周回運動し得るように支持されるとともに靡く状態と垂れ下がった状態とに変化可能とされた旗・幟などの旗類１０と、固定ポールの旗類より上方位置に固定ポールと同心状でかつ上下方向に縮小して待機した状態と同じく固定ポールと同心状を保ったまま旗類の外周囲を取り囲むように引き下げ手段により筒状に垂れ下がった被覆収納状態とが得られるように固定ポールの旗類よりも上周りの高さに対応して上端基部が取り付けられたカバー材１９と、このカバー材を手動あるいは電動操作により上下に伸縮連動させるカバー材伸縮手段とを備える。【選択図】図１
