The photocatalytic film is formed by curing a photocatalyst coating liquid including photocatalytic particles of a nano-order size, a negatively charged substance with a zeta potential from -30 mV to -70 mV, which mutually repels the photocatalytic particles in a solvent including the photocatalytic particles, and resin in an uncured state.SELECTED DRAWING: None
