DEODORIZATION DEVICE FOR TOILET BOWL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization device for a toilet bowl capable of efficient deodorization by suppressing decline in an air flow passing through a deodorization cartridge.SOLUTION: A deodorization unit 13 has a private part washing device installed on a base provided on a top surface of a toilet bowl. The deodorization unit 13 of the private part washing device has an inlet port 19 and an outlet port 20 on both edges of an opening formed at a widened part of the base at a center on a tip side. The deodorization unit 13 includes a deodorization duct 26 connecting the inlet port 19 with the outlet port 20, and a deodorization cartridge 28 having a deodorization part 31 provided inside the deodorization duct 26 and deodorizing odor in the air circulating therethrough. The deodorization cartridge 28 has a cut-out part 33, which is formed by cutting out a part of a cover member 32 covering the deodorization part 31, serving as a bypass passage. Most of the air containing the odor and flowing in the deodorization duct 26 passes through the deodorization part 31 of the deodorization cartridge 28, and partially circulates through the bypass passage of the cut-out part 33, thereby increasing speed and volume of the overall air flow flowing through the deodorization duct 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】脱臭カートリッジを通過する空気流の低下を抑制して、効率よく脱臭できる便器の脱臭装置を提供する。【解決手段】脱臭ユニット13は、便鉢の上面に設置するベースに局部洗浄装置を設けた。局部洗浄装置の脱臭ユニット13は、ベースの先端側中央に設けた拡幅部の開口部の両端に吸込み口19と吹出し口20を設置した。脱臭ユニット13は、吸込み口19と吹出し口20を接続した脱臭ダクト26と、脱臭ダクト26内に設けていて流通する空気から臭気を脱臭する脱臭部31を有する脱臭カートリッジ28と備えた。脱臭カートリッジ28は、脱臭部31を覆うカバー部材32の一部を切り欠いた切欠部33をバイパス通路とした。脱臭ダクト26を流れる臭気を含む空気の多くは脱臭カートリッジ28の脱臭部31を通ると共に、一部は切欠部33のバイパス通路を流通することで、脱臭ダクト26を流れる空気流全体の風速と風量を増大させた。【選択図】図6
