PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle device for pipe cleaning and a vertical drainage pipe cleaning device where strongly hardened sludge in a pipe is effectively removed by cleaning the inside of the pipe with high pressure water jetted from a high pressure water jetting nozzle and further breaking the sludge with a rotating member.SOLUTION: The nozzle device for pipe cleaning being connected to the tip of a pressure hose feeding high pressure water and removing sludge adhered to the inner wall of a pipe while advancing in the pipe by jetting the high pressure water includes: the high pressure water jetting nozzle jetting the high pressure water fed via the pressure hose to backward in an axial line direction; a rotating scraper member being disposed forward in the axial line direction of the high pressure water jetting nozzle and having a rotation shaft in an axial direction; and a driving member rotating the scraper member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
