NON-FIRED CERAMIC BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-fired ceramic body which reduces a production cost and suppresses emission of carbon dioxide, and has high strength, water retention and freeze damage resistance, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A non-fired ceramic body is produced by mixing the following substances so that a blending ratio of a main mixture is 40-60 mass% of an aggregate, 20-40 mass% of diatomaceous earth, 10-30 mass% of lime, and 1-20 mass% of cement, a blending ration of water is 5-25 mass% with respect to the total mass of the main mixture, and a blending ratio of a synthetic resin emulsion is 1-10 mass% with respect to the total mass of the main mixture, and then forming and drying the mixed substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】製造コストを低減し、かつ、二酸化炭素の排出を抑制するとともに、高い強度と保水性と耐凍害性とを併せ持つ非焼成セラミックス体とその製造方法とを提供すること。【解決手段】主体混合物の配合率を、骨材が４０〜６０質量％、珪藻土が２０〜４０質量％、石灰が１０〜３０質量％、セメントが１〜２０質量％とし、水の配合率を前記主体混合物の合計質量に対して５〜２５質量％とし、合成樹脂エマルションの配合率を前記主体混合物の合計質量に対して１〜１０質量％として混合した後、成形し、乾燥させることによって非焼成セラミックス体を製造する。【選択図】図２
