INATTENTIVE OPERATION DETECTOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit construction machinery and an obstacle from coming into contact with each other.SOLUTION: A computing part (70) determines that construction machinery is operated in an inattentive state, when an operation of an operation part (15) is detected by an operation detection part (41) and when a visual observation direction detected by a visual observation direction detection part (31) is out of an allowable angle A for a period of time longer than allowable time (T). The computing part (70) changes the allowable angle A depending on an operation pattern detected by the operation detection part (41).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建設機械と障害物との接触を抑制する。【解決手段】演算部（７０）は、操作部（１５）の操作が操作検出部（４１）に検出されている場合、かつ、目視方向検出部（３１）に検出された目視方向が許容時間（Ｔ）を超えて許容角度Ａから外れた場合、脇見状態であると判定する。演算部（７０）は、操作検出部（４１）に検出された操作パターンに応じて許容角度Ａを変える。【選択図】図１
