FALL-OFF PREVENTIVE INSTALLATION METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall-off preventive installation metal fitting of a relatively simple structure that prevents fall-off of a wedge material from an engagement metal fitting due to an unexpected load.SOLUTION: A fall-off preventive installation metal fitting 10 is provided on an end of a tube material 13 and fitted on an engagement metal fitting 12 having a U-shaped cross section and provided on a side part of a temporary column 11 used at a civil engineering or a building construction site. The fall-off preventive installation metal fitting includes: a square cylindrical material 14 having a cut-out part 21 at a center on a front side, the cut-out part having the engagement metal fitting 12 inserted thereinto and being U-shaped when seen from sideways; and a wedge material 15 being fitted into a gap between the square cylindrical material 14 fitted on the engagement metal fitting 12 and the engagement metal fitting 12 from above, and having a long through-hole 26 formed at a center. A holding metal fitting 16 is provided at a top part of the square cylindrical material 14, the holding metal fitting being inserted loosely into the through-hole 26 for preventing fall-off of the wedge material 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】比較的簡単な構造で構成し、楔材が予期しない荷重によって係止金具から外れないようにする抜け防止取付け金具を提供する。【解決手段】管材13の端部に設けられ、土木又は建築現場で使用される仮設柱11の側部に設けられた断面コ字状の係止金具12に装着する抜け防止取付け金具10であって、係止金具12が嵌入する側面視してコ字状の切欠き21を、前側中央に備える角筒材14と、係止金具12に装着状態の角筒材14と係止金具12の隙間に上から嵌入し、中央には長尺の貫通孔26が設けられた楔材15とを有し、角筒材14の上部には貫通孔26に遊嵌して、楔材15の脱落を防止する保持金具16が設けられている。【選択図】図1
