FRONT GUARD STRUCTURE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine that can be provided with a handrail while securing sufficient protection area for a front guard although being a small swivel type.SOLUTION: A front guard 40 is divided into an upper front guard 41, and a lower front guard 45 arranged below the upper front guard 41. The upper front guard 41 and lower front guard 45 are fitted to fitting seats of a pair of right and left front-side struts 31 stood in front of an operation space S. At side edge parts, on a ride side of the operation space S, of the upper front guard 41 and lower front guard 45, hollow parts 42b, 46b are provided which are so hollowed that parts of the front struts 31 are exposed in a front view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】小旋回型であっても、フロントガードの保護面積を十分に確保しつつ手摺りを設けることができるの建設機械を提供する。【解決手段】フロントガード４０は、上側フロントガード４１と、上側フロントガード４１よりも下方に配設された下側フロントガード４５とに分割されている。上側フロントガード４１及び下側フロントガード４５は、運転スペースＳの前方に立設する左右一対の前側支柱３１の取付座に取り付けられる。上側フロントガード４１及び下側フロントガード４５における運転スペースＳの乗降側の側縁部には、正面視で前側支柱３１の一部が露出するように窪んだ窪み部４２ｂ，４６ｂが設けられている。【選択図】図３
