COMPRESSION STRENGTH ESTIMATION METHOD OF CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for estimating compression strength of fresh concrete capable of estimating compression strength at the site.SOLUTION: Fresh concrete FC is filled in a container 100 having heat resistance and cured for a prescribed time at a high temperature state while being radiated by a microwave M by using microwave radiation means from outside of the container 100. A penetration resistance value is measured by using a penetration resistance tester 150 with a penetration resistance test body TP in which the fresh concrete FC is semi-cured and compression strength of the penetration resistance test body TP is estimated using the penetration resistance value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】現場で圧縮強度を推定できる簡易なフレッシュコンクリートの圧縮強度推定方法の提供。【解決手段】耐熱性を有する容器100に、フレッシュコンクリートFCを充填し、容器100の外側からマイクロ波照射手段を用いてマイクロ波Mを照射して高温状態で所定時間養生して、フレッシュコンクリートFCを半硬化させた貫入抵抗試験体TPに貫入抵抗試験器150を用いて貫入抵抗値を測定し、貫入抵抗値を用いて貫入抵抗測定用試験体TPの圧縮強度を推定する。【選択図】図1
