INORGANIC DECORATIVE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a pattern on the surface of a hydraulic molded body.SOLUTION: Before a hydraulic molded body 10 is cured, a non-printing surface 2 of a water-soluble printing film 6 is brought into contact with and pressure joined to the hydraulic molded body 10 to form a pattern. Polyvinyl alcohol is used as a base of the water-soluble film. The hydraulic molded body is formed by extrusion molding. A top coat layer is provided on the pattern to improve wear resistance, light resistance, water repellency and the like. A hydraulic composition contains inorganic fillers such as silica and calcium carbonate, a hollow body for the purpose of weight reduction, and a humidity conditioning material such as silica gel, in addition to hydraulic substances such as cement, gypsum, and hydrated lime.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 水硬性成形体の表面に絵柄を形成する。【解決手段】水硬性成形体10が硬化する前に、水溶性印刷フィルム6の非印刷面2を水硬性成形体10に当接して圧着し、絵柄を形成する。水溶性フィルムのベースはポリビニルアルコールを用いる。水硬性成形体は押し出し成形により形成する。更に絵柄の上にトップコート層を設けることにより耐摩耗性、耐光性、撥水性などを向上させる。水硬性組成物はセメント、石膏、消石灰などの水硬性物質の他に、シリカ、炭酸カルシウム等の無機充填材、軽量化を目的として、中空体を含み、シリカゲルの如き調湿材を含む。【選択図】 図3
