CARBON FIBER-REINFORCED CARBON COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CARBON FIBER-REINFORCED CARBON COMPOSITE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material which has sufficient strength, hardly causes dust emission, and highly reduces the occurrence of deformation (such as warpage, cracking, and chipping) without increasing the weight and volume even when used under high temperature.SOLUTION: There is provided a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material 1 containing a carbon fiber and a carbonaceous matrix, which comprises second carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite layers 3,3' containing a unidirectional carbon fiber as the carbon fiber on at least one principal surface of a first carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite layer 2 containing a woven fabric carbon fiber or a nonwoven carbon fiber as the carbon fiber, in which the second carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite layers 3,3' have a plurality of convex parts and a plurality of concave parts which are alternately disposed separately in parallel with each other on the outside principal surface, and the plurality of convex parts and concave parts extend in the orientation direction of the unidirectional carbon fiber constituting the second carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite layers 3,3'.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
