CONVERSION OF ORGANIC SLUDGES TO FUEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert organic sludges to fuel at low cost, while suppressing heat loss.SOLUTION: The method for converting organic sludges to fuel comprises the steps of, in a state where the organic sludges are piled in an indoor yard: aerating the organic sludges with a high-temperature gas of 50°C to 140°C generated by a cement burning apparatus or a power generator at a rate of 0.2 m/min to 0.4 m/min per 1 mof the organic sludges; and reducing a moisture content of the organic sludges by using fermentation heat by aerobic fermentation thereof. If necessary, a moisture adjusting material may be added to the organic sludges in order to improve gas permeability and handleability thereof. Further, an amount of the high-temperature gas aerated into the organic sludges may be adjusted according to a concentration of COafter the high-temperature gas is passed through the organic sludges or a degree of the organic sludges.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
