LAMINATED FLOOR MATERIAL AND WOOD CARPET USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile-form laminated floor material and a wood carpet using the same that offer beautiful appearance with a grain pattern or a radial grain pattern appearing on a surface and comfortable touch peculiar to a lumber material, and enable wiring of an electrical cord inside when the wood carpet is assembled.SOLUTION: A tile-form laminated floor material is made using a rectangular tile-form base plate formed by a laminated material having a plurality of long and thin wooden materials bonded to each other, with a water-permeable rubber mat of a same form as the tile-form base plate and smaller in size than the tile-form base plate bonded on a rear surface of the tile-form base plate leaving a wiring channel of a uniform width on an outer periphery of the water-permeable rubber mat for inserting an electrical cord. Furthermore, the plurality of tile-form laminated floor materials is assembled into a wood carpet such that the long and thin wooden materials constituting the tile-form base plate are arranged orthogonally to each other in a lengthwise direction and forming a checker pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】表面に木目模様または柾目模様が現出する木特有の美観と風合いを有し、かつ調湿効果を有するとともに、ウッドカーペットを組み立てた際、電気コードを内部配線可能なタイル状集成床材およびこれを用いたウッドカーペットを提供する。【解決手段】複数の細長い木材を接着して設けた集成材からなる矩形状のタイル状基板の裏面に、タイル状基板と同一形状でかつタイル状基板よりサイズの小さい透水性ゴムマットを、透水性ゴムマットの外周に、コードを挿通するための均一幅の配線路を設けて固着することでタイル状集成床材を作製した。また、複数のタイル状集成床材を、タイル状基板を構成する細長い木材の長さ方向が、互いに直交する市松模様となるように配列してウッドカーペットを組み立てるようにした。【選択図】図１
