PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of difficulty in work on the outdoor side of a sash frame, the work being required when a holding plate to be fixed on the outdoor side of a lower frame of the sash frame is fixed by welding.SOLUTION: A holding plate anchor 6B is interposed between a holding plate 60 and a lower frame 6. The holding plate anchor 6B comprises: a holding plate fitting part 62 for fitting the holding plate 60 on a body 61; and a lower frame fitting unit 63 that is fitted to the lower frame 6. The lower frame fitting part 63 comprises a fixture 7 that is fixed from the indoor side of the body 61. The holding plate anchor 6B makes it possible to fix the fixture 7 on the lower frame 6 from the indoor side, making it possible to easily perform work for fixing the holding plate 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】 サッシ枠の下枠の室外側に固定される皿板が溶接により固定される場合には、サッシ枠の室外側での作業となり、その作業が困難となっている。【解決手段】 皿板６０と下枠６間に介在される皿板アンカー６Ｂであって、前記皿板アンカー６Ｂは、本体６１に前記皿板６０を取付ける皿板取付部６２と、前記下枠６に取付けられる下枠取付部６３を備え、前記下枠取付部６３は、前記本体６１の室内側から固定される固定金具７を備えている。前記皿板アンカー６Ｂによれば、室内側から前記固定金具７を下枠６に固定することができ、皿板６０の固定作業の容易性を図ることができる。【選択図】 図１０
