COVER OPENING-CLOSING MECHANISM FOR UNDERFLOOR INSPECTION PORT OR UNDERFLOOR STORAGE SHED
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover opening-closing mechanism of an underfloor inspection port and an underfloor storage shed capable of steplessly, smoothly and silently closing a cover.SOLUTION: In a cover opening-closing mechanism for an underfloor inspection port having an opening-closing cover C pivoted to an outer frame F of the underfloor inspection port, a both-side support stay S, a load support spring 37, an idling roller 31 respectively journaled to a tip part of the support stay S and a parallel guide rail G provided in a row in a fixed state to the outer frame F, as a rocking damper D capable of integrally rotating a second fulcrum shaft P2 of becoming a winding core of the load support spring 37 with the side support stay S, braking torque is generated from its damper D, and the braking torque of the relatively weakening rocking damper D with a load of the opening-closing cover C of becoming large as rotatably advancing in the cover closing direction for falling down around a first fulcrum shaft P1, is complemented by tension of the load support spring 37 of becoming inversely relatively strong, and is set so that the opening-closing cover is made to fall down under a substantially uniform rotation speed as a whole up to a full closure state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】無段階で円滑・静粛に閉蓋できる床下点検口や床下収納庫の蓋開閉機構を提供する。【解決手段】床下点検口の外枠Fへ枢着された開閉蓋Cと、両サイド支持ステーSと、荷重支持バネ37と、支持ステーSの先端部へ各々軸支された遊転ローラー31と、外枠Fへの固定状態に列設された平行な走行ガイドレールGとを備えた床下点検口用の蓋開閉機構において、荷重支持バネ37の巻き付け芯になる第2支点軸P2をサイド支持ステーSと一体回転し得る揺動ダンパーDとして、そのダンパーDから制動トルクを発生させると共に、第1支点軸P1を中心として伏倒する閉蓋方向へ回動進行する程大きくなる開閉蓋Cの荷重との相対的に弱くなる揺動ダンパーDの制動トルクを、逆に相対的に強くなる荷重支持バネ37の張力により補完して、開閉蓋を全閉状態までの全体としてほぼ均一な回動速度のもとに伏倒させるように設定した。【選択図】図1
