PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent form capable of uniformly compacting concrete by pressurization vibration, and capable of also securing a cavity in shape steel of projecting from a plate body, when manufactured by the concrete of zero slump.SOLUTION: In a permanent form having a concrete quadrangular plate body (1), a net-like body (2) buried in the plate body (1) and a cross-sectional U-shaped or substantially U-shaped shape steel (3) fixed to the net-like body (2) and partially projecting from a reverse surface (1a) of the plate body (1), and boring a large number of screw holes (3c) and through-holes (3e) in its shape steel (3), and the shape steel (3) is attached with a closing member (4) for partitioning the middle of at least its inside in parallel to a plate part (3b), and a cavity part (A) is formed between the plate part (3b) and the closing member (4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ゼロスランプのコンクリートで製造する際に、加圧振動によるコンクリートの締め固めが均一にでき、しかも、プレート本体から突出した形鋼内に空洞を確保できる残存型枠を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート製で四角形状のプレート本体(1)と、該プレート本体(1)内に埋設する網状体(2)と、前記網状体(2)と固着すると共に、前記プレート本体(1)の裏面(1a)から一部突出し、断面形状がコの字状あるいは略コの字状の形鋼(3)と、その形鋼(3)に多数のネジ用穴(3c)と貫通穴(3e)を穿設した残存型枠において、前記形鋼(3)には、少なくとも、その内部途中を前記平板部(3b)と平行に仕切る閉鎖部材(4)を装着し、前記平板部(3b)と閉鎖部材(4)との間に空洞部(イ)を形成させたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
