UNIT, WALL HAVING WINDOW OPENING FORMED BY USING UNIT, BUILDING, AND METHOD FOR FORMING WINDOW OPENING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit capable of further reducing time and labor necessary for formation of a window provided in a wall of a building of reinforced concrete construction or steel framed reinforced concrete construction.SOLUTION: A unit 24 for defining a window opening provided in a wall of a building of reinforced concrete construction or steel framed reinforced concrete construction is provided. The unit includes a precast concrete frame body 26, and a window frame 28 that is arranged within the frame body and fixed to the frame body. Preferably, the unit comprises a protrusion for crack prevention, which surrounds each corner part of the frame body and which covers it, when the frame body has a plurality of corner parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート造又は鉄骨鉄筋コンクリート造の建物の壁に設けられる窓の形成に要する時間及び労力をより一層節減できるユニットを提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋コンクリート造又は鉄骨鉄筋コンクリート造の建物の壁に設けられる窓用開口部を規定するユニット２４を提供する。ユニットは、プレキャストコンクリート製の枠体２６と、枠体内に配置されかつ枠体に固定された窓枠２８とを含む。ユニットは、枠体が複数の角部を有するものであるとき、好ましくは、枠体の各角部を取り巻きかつこれを覆うひび割れ防止用突起を備える。【選択図】図２
