PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional escape door having a structure in which a decorative sheet or decorative paper is pasted on a surface, the problem including, for example, the necessity of contrivance and labor and time in fitting a closing member to an aperture, the problem including also supposed inappropriateness of reforming an existing door to an escape door.SOLUTION: A door structure with an escape door includes: an aperture provided on the lower part of a partition door; the escape door that closes the aperture and is to be broken by shock behavior; and a first fastener with a collar piece and second fastener with a collar piece that are provided between the aperture's inner-aperture peripheral part and the escape door's outer peripheral part. Kicking action can simply and quickly break part of the door, making it possible to eliminate most of suffering of being trapped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】従来の避難扉は、表面に化粧板とか化粧紙を貼着する構造であり、開口部と閉塞部材との取付けに工夫と、手間を有すること、等の問題を抱えている。また、既設の扉を、避難扉に改良するには、適さないと考えられる。【解決手段】本発明は、間仕切り用の扉の下部に設けた開口部に、開口部を塞ぎ、かつ衝撃所作で、破壊される避難扉を設け、開口部の開口内周辺部と避難扉の外周辺部との間に、鍔片付の第一の止め具、及び鍔片付の第二の止め具を設けてなる避難扉を備えた扉の構造であり、蹴たぐり動作で、扉の一部が、簡便かつ素早く破壊できる。大部分の閉じ込めの被害を解消できる。【選択図】 図３
