PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a scaffold in a boiler, capable of safely constructing the scaffold in the boiler for a maintenance and inspection of the boiler in a boiler body in a short period.SOLUTION: A lower-stage jack work floor 12, which is capable of hanging up/hanging down by a jack 13 for the lower-stage jack work floor, is constructed in a lower part of an upper-stage jack work floor 6, the upper-stage jack work floor 6 is hung up to a lower part of a water pipe nose part 4 by a jack 7 for the upper-stage jack work floor, a hanging-down panel inspection scaffold 17 is assembled on the upper-stage jack work floor 6, a boiler body inspection scaffold 16 is assembled on a lower work floor 5 simultaneously with this, the assembled boiler body inspection scaffold 16 is connected to the lower-stage jack work floor 12, the lower-stage jack work floor 12 is hung up together with the boiler body inspection scaffold 16 by the jack 13 for the lower-stage jack work floor, and the boiler body inspection scaffold 16 is assembled up to the lower part of the water pipe nose part 4 by repeatedly executing this work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ボイラ本体内にボイラの保守点検等のためのボイラ内足場を安全かつ短期間に構築することができる、ボイラ内足場の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】上段ジャッキ作業床6の下方部に、下段ジャッキ作業床用ジャッキ13により吊り上げ・吊り下げ可能な下段ジャッキ作業床12を構築し、上段ジャッキ作業床6を上段ジャッキ作業床用ジャッキ7により水管ノーズ部4の下方部まで吊り上げ、上段ジャッキ作業床6上において吊り下げパネル点検用足場17を組み立て、これと同時に、下部作業床5においてボイラ本体点検用足場16を組み立て、組み立てたボイラ本体点検用足場16を下段ジャッキ作業床12に接続し、下段ジャッキ作業床用ジャッキ13により下段ジャッキ作業床12をボイラ本体点検用足場16と共に吊り上げ、これの作業を繰り返し行って、ボイラ本体点検用足場16を水管ノーズ部4の下方部まで組み立てる。【選択図】図5
