METHOD FOR PRODUCING CHA-TYPE ZEOLITE MEMBRANE COMPLEX
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zeolite membrane complex which has characteristics of excellent water resistance, high throughput and high separation performance, and excellent separation of gas mixture or liquid mixture.SOLUTION: There is provided the zeolite membrane complex for use in separation of a highly-permeative component through permeation from a gas mixture or a liquid mixture composed of a plurality of components, wherein the zeolite membrane contains zeolite of CHA-type aluminosilicate, and in an X-ray diffraction pattern obtained through irradiation of the zeolite membrane surface with X-ray, a peak intensity at around 2θ=17.9° has a value of less than 0.5 times a peak intensity at around 2θ=20.8°, and a peak intensity at around 2θ=9.6° has a value of 2.0 times or more and less than 4.0 times a peak intensity at around 2θ=20.8°, and the zeolite membrane complex is formed on an inorganic porous support.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】耐水性に優れ、処理量や分離性能が高く、気体混合物や液体混合物の分離に優れた特性を持つゼオライト膜複合体を提供する。【解決手段】複数の成分からなる気体混合物または液体混合物から、透過性の高い成分を透過して分離するためのゼオライト膜複合体であって、ゼオライト膜が、CHA型アルミノ珪酸塩のゼオライトを含み、膜表面にX線を照射して得たX線回折パターンにおいて、2θ=17.9°付近のピーク強度が、2θ=20.8°付近のピーク強度の0.5倍未満の値を有するものであり、かつ2θ=9.6°付近のピーク強度が、2θ=20.8°付近のピーク強度の2.0倍以上4.0倍未満の値を有するものであり、無機多孔質支持体上に形成されてなる。【選択図】なし
