BUS FRONT COVER OPENING FIXING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus front cover opening fixing structure in which a hook part of a rod is not disengaged when a front cover is opened and the hook part is engaged with a rod fixing metal fitting.SOLUTION: In a bus front cover opening fixing structure, a front cover 13 is vertically turnably provided to cover an inspection hole 12 of a front panel 10 in an openable/closably manner, a rod fixing metal fitting 16 is provided on the back surface of the front cover 13, and in a state in which the front cover 13 is turned upward, a hook part 15F of a rod 15 erectably provided in the inspection hole 12 is hooked on the rod fixing metal fitting 16 to hold the front cover 13. The rod fixing metal fitting 16 is formed by a base piece 25 attached to the back surface of the front cover 13, an engaging piece 26 provided to stand from the base piece 25 and a hooking piece 27 provided to direct downward from the engaging piece 26 when the front cover 13 is opened. A stopper piece 28 for preventing the hook part 15F from coming off from the engaging piece 26 is formed on the base piece 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】フロントカバーを開放し、ロッドのフック部をロッド固定金具に係合させる際に、そのフック部が外れることがないバスのフロントカバー開放固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】フロントパネル10の点検口12を開閉自在に覆うフロントカバー13を上下回動自在に設け、フロントカバー13の裏面にロッド固定金具16を設け、フロントカバー13を上方に回動させた状態で、点検口12内に起倒自在に設けたロッド15のフック部15Fをロッド固定金具16に掛け止めてフロントカバー13を保持する。ロッド固定金具16は、フロントカバー13の裏面に取り付けられるベース片25とベース片25から起立して設けられた係合片26と係合片26からフロントカバー13の開放時に下方に向くように設けられた掛け止め片27で形成し、ベース片25に、係合片26からのフック部15Fの抜けを防止するストッパ片28を形成する。【選択図】図3
