MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FLOATING-TYPE HOME CARE SHELTER ON DISASTER PREVENTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating-type home care shelter on disaster prevention that protects national lives and properties by floating with neighboring inhabitants accommodated when suffering disasters such as tsunami, flood, and high tide with residents of handicapped persons or aged persons.SOLUTION: A floating-type home care shelter on disaster prevention is configured by following steps: connecting a lower floor assembly with an upper beam assembly with corner struts and struts to build a firm frame body; blocking the bottom face of the lower floor assembly with a steel plate to install a beverage tank 60 serving as ballast directly on the top; attaching a beam of a glued laminated wood with timber bonded from the room interior and a gable end panel to the lateral face of the frame body and fixing them with bolts to install a waterproof door 52; laying a deck panel 33 on the top face of the frame body and fixing them with bolts to install an escape opening 51; depositing FRP film 59 over the whole of the outside to coat the same with a heat insulating coating 55, to coat the deck part 3 with a visible anti-slip insulating coating in orange color of international standard; and installing a cooking table 74, a toilet 76, a bathroom 75, a bed 79, an electric movable nursing device 78, and the like in a room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】障害者や高齢者が居住し、津波、洪水、高潮などの被災時は、近隣住民も収容して浮揚することで国民の生命と財産を守る浮揚式在宅介護防災シェルタ−を提供する。【解決手段】下部床組と上部梁組を隅柱並びに間柱を用いて繋ぎ強固な架構体を構築し、下部床組の底面を鋼板で塞ぎ直上にバラストを兼ねる飲料水タンク６０を設置し、架構体の側面部に室内側から間伐材を接合した集成材の桁及び妻パネルを装着してボルト固定して防水扉５２を設置し、架構体の上面部に甲板パネル３３を敷設してボルト固定して脱出口５１を設置し、外側の全面にＦＲＰ皮膜５９を施して断熱塗料５５で塗装し、甲板部３は視認性ある国際規格のオレンジ色の滑り止め断熱塗料で塗装し、室内には調理台７４、トイレ７６、浴室７５、ベット７９、電動移動介助装置７８などを設置した浮揚式在宅介護防災シェルタ−。【選択図】図１３
