MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CARBON-CONTAINING BRICK REFRACTORY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a carbon-containing brick refractory having enhanced spalling resistance without loosing a fibrous material even during decarbonization or dephosphorization refining of molten iron or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a carbon-containing brick refractory by mixing a blend raw material containing at least one kind of AlOand MgO having particle size distribution of one with average particle diameter of 3 mm or more of 5 to 40 mass%, one with 1 to less than 3 mm of 10 to 45 mass%, one with 0.15 to less than 1 mm of 15 to 30 mass% and one with less than 0.15 mm of 5 to 45 mass%, a graphite raw material, a liquid binder consisting of an organic material of 2 to 5 mass% by outer percentage, at least two kinds of powder bodies of MgO, AlOand SiOwith average particle diameter of 1 μm or less with a mixer and then molding the same with using a press machine and further curing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】溶鉄等の脱炭や脱燐精錬中においても繊維状物質が消失しない耐スポーリング性を向上させたカーボン含有れんが耐火物の製法の提供。【解決手段】平均粒径で3mm以上が5〜40質量%、1〜3mm未満が10〜45質量%、0.15〜1mm未満が15〜30質量%、0.15mm未満が5〜45質量%の粒度分布を有するAl2O3及びMgOの少なくとも1種類と、黒鉛原料と、外掛けで2〜5質量%の有機系物質からなる液状のバインダーと、平均粒子径が1μm以下であるMgO、Al2O3、SiO2のうち少なくとも2種類の粉体と、を含む配合原料を混練機によって混練した後にプレス機を用いて成型し、さらにキュアリングするカーボン含有れんが耐火物の製造方法。【選択図】図5
