ROOF STRUCTURE FOR PIPING FOR SUPPLYING HEAT SOURCE CIRCULATION FLUID TO HEAT TRANSFER PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure using a heat transfer panel which can be installed as a roof member at one time of construction with a simple structure without requiring high dimension accuracy and construction skills and therefore can reduce construction period and cost, is excellent in mass productivity, workability and quality stability, can be easily repaired at a portion only where the failure has occurred and therefore is excellent in maintainability and resource saving capability, is excellent in temperature distribution uniformity and heat transfer efficiency, can efficiently and uniformly melt snow even with a low-temperature heat source when being used as a snow-melting or solar panel and can effectively utilize geothermal heat and the like, and is excellent in energy saving and environmental protection capabilities.SOLUTION: In a roof structure, single or plural gutter-like grooves are provided at a roof side or a roof ridge of a roof which cools a snow-melting or solar panel on the roof, and heat source fluid supply and discharge main pipes are arranged in the grooves. By the structure, the heat source fluid can be supplied and discharged to and from a roof member or heat transfer panel for cooling the snow-melting or solar panel on the roof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】簡素な構造で高い寸法精度や施工技術を必要とせず屋根材として一度の施工で設置可能で施工日程及び費用を削減でき、量産性、施工性、品質の安定性に優れ、不具合発生部分のみを容易に補修できメンテナンス性、省資源性に優れ、温度分布の均一性、熱伝達の効率性に優れ、融雪又は太陽光パネルとして用いる場合は温度の低い加熱源でも効率的に均一な融雪が可能で大地熱等を有効利用でき、省エネルギー性、環境保護性に優れる伝熱パネルを用いた屋根構造の提供。【解決手段】屋根の融雪または太陽光パネルの冷却を行う屋根の中腹または棟頂上部に、単一または複数の樋状の溝を設け、その溝の中に熱源液供給及び排出用主管を配置し、屋根の融雪または太陽光発電パネルの冷却を行う屋根材又は伝熱パネルに熱源液を供給排出する事を可能とする屋根構造。【選択図】図5
