PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house for contributing to a profit rate improvement in a house owner, and also attractive even to a tenant.SOLUTION: An apartment house of a low layer having no balcony comprises a window (12) arranged on an outer wall (11), extending up to the ceiling height vicinity from the floor surface height vicinity of respective dwelling units and having light transmissivity and an additional room (30) facing to the window (12) and also provided indoors adjacently to a living room (22). A partition door (41) is provided in a boundary part between the additional room (30) and the living room (22). The window (12) positioned at least above a second floor includes an unopenable-unclosable first window part provided in a part below by a predetermined height from a floor surface height and an openable-closable second window part provided above the first window part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】住宅所有者の収益率向上に寄与し、かつ、入居者にも魅力のある集合住宅を提供すること。【解決手段】バルコニーを有さない低層の集合住宅は、外壁(11)に配置され、各住戸の床面高さ付近から天井高さ付近まで延在する、透光性を有する窓(12)と、窓(12)に面し、かつ、居室(22)に隣接して屋内に設けられた付属室(30)とを備える。付属室(30)と居室(22)との間の境界部には、間仕切り扉(41)が設けられている。少なくとも2階以上に位置する前記窓(12)は、床面高さから所定高さ以下の部分に設けられた、開閉できない第1の窓部と、第1の窓部の上方に設けられた、開閉可能な第2の窓部とを含む。【選択図】図2
