PIPING CONNECTION PART AND PIPING CONNECTION CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin piping connection part capable of positively preventing water leakage, not requiring any inspection but showing a high strength.SOLUTION: An end part of a resin piping 14 is fitted to a pipe joint 16 and connected by adhesive agent 30. A ring 32 is applied to cover the resin piping 14. This ring 32 comprises a main body part 34 having an inner diameter closely contacting with an outer peripheral surface of the resin piping 14; an extended part 36 having an inner diameter enclosing the end part of the pipe joint; and a step part 38 striking against an end surface 24 of the pipe joint. The main body part 34 covers the adhesion agent 30 coated at the outer peripheral surface of the resin piping 14 exposed out of the pipe joint 16. Adhesive agent 30 is filled between the step part 38 and the end surface 24 of the pipe joint and between the inner surface of the extended part 36 and the outer peripheral surface of the end part 22 of the pipe joint.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】確実に水漏れ防止ができ、点検が不要で、強度も高い樹脂製の配管接続部を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂製配管14の端部が管継ぎ手16に嵌め込まれて接着剤30により接続されている。樹脂製配管14にはリング32が被せられている。このリング32は、樹脂製配管14の外周面に密着する内径を有する本体部34と、管継ぎ手の端部を包囲する内径を有する延長部36と、管継ぎ手の端面24に衝突する段部38を備える。本体部34は、管継ぎ手16から露出している樹脂製配管14の外周面に塗布された接着剤30を覆う。段部38と管継ぎ手の端面24及び、延長部36の内面と管継ぎ手の端部22の外周面の間に接着剤30が満たされている。【選択図】図1
