MULTISTORIED BASE-ISOLATED STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistoried base-isolated structure capable of effectively reducing response acceleration when an earthquake occurs in a skyscraper.SOLUTION: A multistoried base-isolated structure for use in a building B formed in a multistoried shape includes: a lower base isolation layer 20 that is provided on the foundation side of a lower part of the building B; and an upper base isolation layer 30 that is provided between a foundation-side lower structure part 10 formed by dividing many stories of the building B by a predetermined number of stories and an upper structure part 11 formed on the upside of the lower structure part 10. The upper base isolation layer 30 comprises a slope slide device and an attenuation device such as an inertial mass damper.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】超高層建物に地震が発生したとき、効果的に応答加速度の低減を図ることのできる多層免震構造物を提供する。【解決手段】多層階に形成される建物Bに用いられる多層免震構造物であって、建物Bの下部の基礎側に設けられる下部免震層20と、建物Bの多層階を所定階数で区分されて形成された基礎側の下部構造部10、及びその下部構造部10の上側に形成された上部構造部11の間に設けられる上部免震層30と、を備え、上部免震層30は、傾斜滑り装置と慣性質量ダンパ等の減衰装置とからなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
