VERTICAL LOUVER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical louver capable of turning a plurality of heavy louver boards interlockingly.SOLUTION: A vertical louver includes a supporting rail 10 provided in an upper portion of an opening 99 of a building outer wall, a plurality of louver boards 40 suspended from the supporting rail 10 to be freely turned, and a holding rail 60 provided in a lower portion of the opening 99 and holding the louver board 40 on a lower side. A rack 12 and a pinion 16 are arranged to be meshed with each other in the supporting rail 10, and the pinion 17 is turned in accordance with movement of the rack 13. The pinion 17 is connected with the louver board 40 in the supporting rail 10, and a friction reducing member 50 made of resin is provided on a contact surface of the pinion 17 and the supporting rail 10 to which a suspension load of the louver board 40 is applied. Frictional force generated by the suspension load of the louver board 40 and turning of the pinion 17 is reduced by the friction reducing member 50, and the louver board 40 is turned in accordance with turning of the pinion 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】重い羽根板を複数連動して回転させることができる縦ルーバーを提供する。【解決手段】建物外壁の開口部99の上部に設けられる支持レール10と、支持レール10に回転自在に吊り下げられる複数の羽根板40と、開口部99の下部に設けられるとともに羽根板40を下方において保持する保持レール60とを備えている。支持レール10内には、ラック12とピニオン16とが噛み合うように配置され、ラック13の移動に伴ってピニオン17が回転する。ピニオン17は、支持レール10内において羽根板40と連結されており、この羽根板40の吊り荷重を受ける、ピニオン17と支持レール10との接触面に、樹脂製の摩擦低減部材50が設けられる。羽根板40の吊り荷重とピニオン17の回転とにより生じる摩擦力を摩擦低減部材50が低減し、ピニオン17の回転に伴って羽根板40が回転する。【選択図】図3
