BUILDING MATERIAL COATED WITH CORROSION-RESISTANT STEEL FOIL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material coated with corrosion-resistant steel foil on which a magnet adheres readily and tightly, the building material being formed by laminating a magnetic substance on a surface decorative material of a soundproof, heat-insulating, and fireproof material laminated also with a decorative finishing material.SOLUTION: A material for finishing a surface decorative material having a special magnetic curved surface has a magnetic surface provided with anticorrosive surface treatment, coated with steel foil of which surface smoothness is within ±0.1 mm and having a thickness between 40 and 200 micron. On a rear surface, a soundproof, heat-insulating, and fireproof special material measuring 2 to 50 mm in thickness is laminated on an inorganic or an organic material, chosen from among inorganic fireproof materials having a fireproofing function. The building material coated with corrosion-resistant steel foil comprises an inorganic board measuring 2 to 25 mm in thickness and 300 to 1230 mm in width, an urethane foam board measuring 2 to 50 mm in thickness and of an organic material having soundproofing and heat-insulating properties, and a board having a width chosen from among a wooden board, a resin board, a rubber board, or a felt board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】表面化粧材に磁性体を積層すると、化粧表装材とで積層した防音性能、保温性能、防火性能装材に、マグネットが簡単に強力に吸着できるスチール箔張り建材に関するものである。【解決手段】マグネット吸着できる特殊曲面を持つ表面化粧材に仕上げる材料として、表面腐食処理を施した磁気吸着力を持つ表面で、表面の平滑度±0.1mm以内で40〜200ミクロンのスチール箔に張って裏面に防音性能、保温性能、防火性能として厚さ2〜50mmの特殊材料を積層させる特殊材料として無機質、又は有機質の材料にして、当該材料として耐火機能の無機質耐火材から選ばれたものであって、2〜25mmの厚さ300〜1230mmの幅の無機板状ボードに、並びに防音性能、及び保温性能を持つ有機質の材料を厚さ2〜50mmのウレタンホーム板に、木材板、樹脂板、ゴム板、フェルト板から選ばれた幅の板状ボードになっている耐食性スチール箔張り建材である。【選択図】図1
