PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt emulsion spraying device capable of heating a pressure feed pump by a method different from conventional methods that heat the pressure feed pump by using cooling water of a vehicle engine.SOLUTION: An asphalt emulsion spraying device for spraying asphalt emulsion on a road surface includes a tank 2 for storing the asphalt emulsion, a pump 3 for pressure-feeding the asphalt emulsion inside the tank 2, a spray nozzle for spraying the asphalt emulsion pressure-fed by the pump 3, and heating means for heating the pump 3. The heating means is a pipeline 8 that heats a liquid with heat inside the tank, and the pump 3 is heated by circulating the heated liquid inside the pump 3. The heating means may be a hot-water heater that heats the circulating liquid or a hot air device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】車両用エンジンの冷却水を用いて圧送ポンプを加温する従来の方式とは異なる方式で、圧送ポンプを加温することができるアスファルト乳剤散布装置を提供すること。【解決手段】アスファルト乳剤を路面に散布するアスファルト乳剤散布装置は、アスファルト乳剤を貯蔵するタンク２と、タンク２内のアスファルト乳剤を圧送するポンプ３と、ポンプ３から圧送されるアスファルト乳剤を散布する散布ノズルと、ポンプ３を加温するための加温手段とを備える。加温手段は、タンク内の熱によって液体を加温する配管８であり、加温された液体を、ポンプ３内に循環させることによって、ポンプ３を加温することを特徴とする。また、加温手段は、循環液体を加温する温水ヒータでもよい。また、加温手段は、温風装置でもよい。【選択図】図２
