DOOR PANEL MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND DOOR PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door panel and a manufacturing method thereof that offer fine glossiness when a surface of the panel is mirror finished, without a concern over warping and other problems after installing the door panel.SOLUTION: In a door panel manufacturing method, a wooden piece block 11d is fixed to suit a position to attach a handle, and a horizontal hole H of a prescribed depth is drilled into the wooden piece block 11d. The manufacturing method includes: a first step in which an attachment hole Tfor the handle member is formed on front and rear surfaces of the wooden piece block 11d; a second step in which a metallic plate 12 is bonded and integrated on front and rear surfaces of a rectangular frame body 11 assembled in the first step; a third step following the second step, for injecting and filling a foam resin material into a hollow part inside the rectangular frame body 11, from an injection hole J formed on the rectangular frame body 11; and a fourth step following the third step, or following the first step at earliest, for fitting a lock box member 2 to a side frame material 11a and the horizontal hole H formed on the wooden piece block 11d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 パネル表面を鏡面仕上げした際に優れた光沢感が得られると共に、建て付け後に反り等の問題が生じる心配もないドアパネル、及びその製作方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 ハンドル取着位置に合わせて木片ブロック11dを固定して、当該木片ブロック11dの内部にかけて所定深さの横穴Hを開設すると共に、前記木片ブロック11dの前後面にハンドル部材の取付け孔T1を形成する第一の工程と;この第一の工程で組まれた矩形枠体11の前後面に金属板12を張り付け一体化する第二の工程と;この第二の工程後に、矩形枠体11に形成された注入孔Jから、矩形枠体11内側の中空部に発泡樹脂材を注入・充填する第三の工程と;この第三の工程後、或いは早くとも前記第一の工程後に、側枠材11a及び木片ブロック11dに形成された横穴Hに錠箱部材2を装着する第四の工程とを含む方法を採用した。【選択図】 図1
