PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof repair method and a roof repair apparatus, easy in restoring a roof after removing rooftop equipment, and capable of making waterproof performance and an appearance excellent.SOLUTION: After removing rooftop equipment, a cap member 13 having a cover part 11 for covering an insertion hole 4 from the surface side of a roof face material 3 and a screw shaft part 12 insertable into the insertion hole 4, is prepared, and the roof face material 3 having the insertion hole 4 is removed, and removal of a support body and waterproof treatment (caulking 21) after removal are executed in a part for removing the roof face material 3 of a roof 1, and the cap member 13 is provided in the insertion hole 4 of the removed roof face material 3, and the insertion hole 4 is covered with the cover part 11, and the screw shaft part 12 is fastened by a nut 17, and the cap member 13 is fixed to the roof face material 3, and the waterproof treatment (an obverse side packing material 14, a reverse side packing material 15 and caulking 18 and 19) between the cap member 13 and the roof face material 3 is executed, and the roof face material 3 for installing the cap member 13 is returned to an original part of the roof 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】屋根上設備を撤去した後の屋根の復旧が容易で、防水性能および外観も良好にできる屋根補修方法および屋根補修器具を提供する。【解決手段】屋根上設備を撤去した後、屋根面材３の表面側から挿通孔４を覆うカバー部１１と挿通孔４に挿通可能なねじ軸部１２とを有するキャップ部材１３を準備し、挿通孔４を有する屋根面材３を取り外し、屋根１の屋根面材３を取り外した部分で、支持体の撤去および撤去後の防水処理（コーキング２１）を行い、取り外した屋根面材３の挿通孔４にキャップ部材１３を配置してカバー部１１で挿通孔４を覆い、ねじ軸部１２をナット１７で締め付けてキャップ部材１３を屋根面材３に固定し、キャップ部材１３と屋根面材３との間の防水処理（表側パッキン材１４、裏側パッキン材１５およびコーキング１８，１９）を行い、キャップ部材１３が装着された屋根面材３を、屋根１の元の部位に戻す。【選択図】図９
