LAYER FORMING MATERIAL, APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL MOLDED OBJECT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL MOLDED OBJECT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a post-treatment process of a three-dimensional molded object manufactured in the process of manufacturing a three-dimensional molded object by stacking layers.SOLUTION: A layer forming material is provided, to be used for an apparatus 2000 for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded object which manufactures a three-dimensional molded object 500 by stacking layers 501, 502, 503,..., 50n; and also provided is the layer forming material used for forming the layers 501, 502, 503,..., 50n in a region other than a region where a structural material of the three-dimensional molded object 500 is to be formed. The layer forming material comprises a ceramic powder and either a metal alkoxide or a silicon chloride compound. By using the above layer forming material, a post-treatment process of the three-dimensional molded object 500 to be manufactured can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】層を積層することにより三次元造形物を製造する際において、製造される三次元造形物の後処理工程を減らす。【解決手段】層501、502、503、・・・50nを積層することにより三次元造形物500を製造する三次元造形物の製造装置2000に用いられ、三次元造形物500の構成材料形成領域以外において層501、502、503、・・・50nを形成するために用いられる層形成用材料であって、セラミックス粉末と、金属アルコキシドまたは珪素塩化化合物のいずれかと、を含有することを特徴とする層形成用材料。このような層形成用材料を用いることで、製造される三次元造形物500の後処理工程を減らすことが可能になる。【選択図】図1
